Day 59: Rome

Well, I'm in Rome. On the way from Venice I stopped by the leaning tower of Pisa. Only an hour and a half at Pisa, because the tower is the ONLY thing there. Went to the Spanish Steps today and a fountain which is famous but I forgot the name of. I have seen so much famous stuff now I really have trouble keeping up.

My last night in Venice was the darkest time so far on my trip. The only way out that I could see was to flee myhostel in Venice Mestre (the mainland) without paying and head to Rome. There I would find the Australian embassy and plead for help.

When I was in Berlin, I went on the New Berlin tours and I honetly can't say enough about them. They made my time in Berlin, they really did. Without the tour I would never have realised that I have seen the hotel window where Michael Jackson dangled his baby!
